2. Dulany’s Overlook

Dulany’s Overlook is part of “The Overlooks” properties. It is on a 170-acre farm and has a huge, red bank barn. This is a colonial era property, but it is fully renovated!

Upstairs, there is an elegant bridal suite, and the downstairs area has a huge mancave. Perfect to get ready in the day of your wedding! The downstairs area has a bar, perfect for cocktails and yard games.

Also upstairs is the reception space in the barn! It can hold up to 200 guests. Included in your wedding venue fee is access to the property for 12 hours on the wedding day, all tables and chairs, and a wedding coordinator who will work with you from the time that you book through to the big day.

7. Tea Room at Gambrill State Park

If you are planning to have a small, intimate wedding, then the Tea Room at Gambrill State Park could be perfect for you! The building was constructed in the mid-1930s and was made from native stone. It has a kitchen, dining room, and two restrooms. 

You can rent the Tea Room from April to October and it can fit 55 people (standing room only), or can comfortable sit 36 people at round tables.
