What is Our Semi-Annual Clearance Sale?
Our Semi-Annual Clearance Sale is essentially our version of a bridal sample sale! During this sale ONLY, we will have a large selection of wedding dresses that are at a discount. They will be between 20 and 80 percent off! Between both our Hagerstown and Bel Air locations, there are going to be hundreds of discounted gowns for you to choose from!
All of the gowns during the sale are ready-to-wear, meaning that you are going to be able to take your gown home with you that same day! During a standard bridal appointment, brides usually have to wait 6-9 months to receive their gown! Keep in mind that your gown may need alterations and/or cleaning after your appointment.

Sample Sale Hacks: Tips for Shopping Our Semi-Annual Clearance Sale
Here are some of our best sample sale hacks to keep in mind while shopping our Semi-Annual Clearance Event, July 14-17, 2022!
Be prepared to say “yes” to the dress
It’s best to come to this sale fully prepared to say “yes” to the dress! The discounted prices will only be in effect during the 4 days of our sale.
If you fall in love with a dress but decide to leave and sit on it, there is a good chance that someone else will purchase the dress before you come back. Unfortunately, we cannot hold dresses during the sale!
Being ready to say “yes” to the dress will save you from feeling unsure of what to do when you fall in love with a dress.
Limit your entourage
This is a tip that we actually recommend to all of our brides, whether or not they are shopping during our sale! We generally recommend limiting the number of guests that you bring with you to just a few of your closest people. Our appointments take place in private suites, so it’s very easy for the room to feel overcrowded when there are too many people. It can also become overwhelming to the bride when there are too many opinions surrounding her, which can lead to you being unable to make a decision on a dress.
Sample sales can be even more overwhelming, because the shop is busier and you are making a decision on a dress that you will take home with you the same day. Because of that, we recommend limiting your guests to 2-3 people max.
Book your appointment as early as possible during the sale
When you’re deciding on a time/day to book your appointment, we recommend booking as early as possible during the sale as you can. The earlier that your appointment is, the more dresses will be available for you to choose from!
For example: a bride who has her appointment during that Thursday morning is going to have a much greater dress selection than a bride who has her appointment that Sunday afternoon!
Book your appointment well ahead of time
Our sale dates tend to book up pretty far in advance. We don’t want you to miss out!

Before you shop our Semi-Annual Clearance Sale, it’s important to remember that our sales are final. You will want to make sure that you are 100% confident in your decision before you bring your dress home with you!
Come with an idea of what you want – but keep an open mind
When you are shopping a sample sale, it is always helpful to come with a general idea of what you’re looking for in a wedding dress. For example, maybe you know that you absolutely do not want a strapless dress. Maybe you are against a plunging neckline. Maybe you’re steering towards a ballgown or a mermaid silhouette. All of these are great to help narrow down your options!
But, it is also important to keep an open mind during a sample sale. If you have a long list of items that you are looking for in your wedding dress that are all absolute must-haves, then you may want to book a standard bridal appointment that is not during our sale. Keeping an open mind could help you find the perfect dress that you will bring home with you. And it won’t leave you feeling limited and defeated during your appointment!
